Plugin Help

[Before-Sunset]

I've looked though the repository, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something. I have some videos stored on 4shared (some are flv, some are wmv and a couple are mp4) that I would like to include in pages, is that possible? I tried pasting the embed code for one, and it looks as if it's playable, but when you click play, it opens 4shared in a new window and asks for a login before it'll play. I would like it to play off of my site, if possible, incase I get a visitor who isn't a member on 4shared
