Need some help with javascript & php please re Slideshow in a theme

I had a careful look at it all and tried out the

PHP Code:

$s_path = GSTHEMESPATH.'img/'; 


and

PHP Code:

$s_path = GSTHEMESPATH./'img/'; 


and

PHP Code:

$s_path = 'GSTHEMESPATH./img/'; 


but I am still getting nowhere with it.
