It seems that SSL is not enabled in your php.ini
that is your hoster's job, ask them to enable it
PS: a good wa to find a solution is to run a search as well. A simple google search with the term
"unable to find the socket transport ssl - did you forget to enable it when you configured php )" brings a lot of results
and this long list of results demonstrates that it is a configuration problem and not a problem of the script itself
Ask your hoster's support to enable SSL for you
