You can try to open your .htaccess in the root folder of your GetSimple-powered web and somewhere in the beginning write

php_flag display_errors off

However, this doesn't solve the problem, this just hides it. The problem is that this plugin is a bit old and not updated anymore, so it doesn't have to run properly on new PHP versions on servers.
