Plugin contact..no email

I am Wondering if there is a Plugin that allows people to put in a contact request...but it goes to a page on the admin panel not a email..as much as I love emails...100+ a day is not my idea of fun XD just wondering if there is one, if not I can deal or if some one is willing to create id be willing to pay for your time
