p01-contact 'No subject' on the email delivery

When I get a reply from a site it always has 'No Subject', which the spam systems sometimes isolate as it has no subject header.

There is also more information on the original author's website:

subject : a text field used as subject in email. If it's not used, the subject will be ”(No subject)”.

and from one of his examples, preset the 'Subject' field:
