Plugin

Hey guys,
I have seen little talk about a plugin repository being developed within the Plugin Section of this site.

Has any one made any headway with this? I don't really care if it is implemented within the core, but
you know it would be super nice not to have to read through all of these forum post just to find a simple
plugin!

If no one has started on either adding something to the core or creating a site to hold all the plugins, I
would be willing to develop a simple site that would allow approved developers to submit plugins. Here is
what I am thinking let me know what you think and any other ideas you may have!

Plugin Website
Developer Registers > Administrator Approves them as a Developer >
This developer can now submit plugins to the site. An Administrator must approve
the plugin before the plugin is displayed to the public.

I will also allow themes later down the road.

If I build this site I will set up the User System as follows:
Administrator > Current GetSimple Admins from this form.
Advanced Developer > Developer who submits several plugins (Plugins will not need to be approved)
Developer > Plugin Developer who submits just a few plugins (Plugins will need to be approved be Administrator)
User > Able to download plugins.
