Thank u mlvcek. Obviously it was my school mistake. 
I didn't notice that outside of a sidebar.php include I've still got open <form> tag from the beginings
It was sth like :
Anyway, thanks for the response ... and I just want to say "Muchos gracias" for all your work on your plugins, without people like you .. the world would be a much more darker place
