When I have the form set up at "/contact", and hit submit, the form submits to "//contact".
Not a big issue but looks odd.
Also, I think it would be better to include a trailing slash in the navigation links to clean urls, as it is faster to load "/pagename/" than "/pagename". It saves a redirect on the server and helps indexing.
