plugins tab not working

I went through an intensive month of getting use to GS and trying different plugins. I reloaded GS about 5 times before I found out that simply removing plugins back to the bare minimum solved any problems that cropped up. Then I would slowly restore plugins over a day or so until I found which plugin was misbehaving. I hope this helps
