What do you want more? Plugins or Themes?

I searched for a very long time AJAX & PHP 5-Star Rating with Flat File Storage.
And I did find him here

Can you make a plugin out of it?
It would be nice if the plugin created a folder from the page slug in the file storage and automatically added two files to it.
You can bind it to the plugin I18N Special pages.

I have uset this for friend movie site. This would be a great addition to the news manager posts .
