Get simple 3.3.16 support for php 8.0

Plugin I18N Custom fields does not allow creating fields in the settings and when you click on the Create a new field link, it jumps up.

Try replacing i18n_customfields/configure.php line 169.

I tested php version 8.1.3. and it works.
