404 file not found for pages [solved for not FancyURL]

Hmm, doesn't work. The welcome page is now prio 2 and I tried - and 1 for the new one. Keeps coming up, that I cannot delete my homepage and I cannot change "Slug/URL:" to anything else than "index" for this page.

However, I am fine with editing the existing homepage to my needs.
The main problem remains with 404.

But uploaded files work:

I blame the .htaccess or this rewrite, I guess. But it says all green on the Health Check page
