Theming Standards

This is a very difficult thing to discuss as everyone has completely different opinions on what the "right" way to do things is. We have however said if the extend gets to dirty with poor plugins, themes, and language files then we will begin moderating it as in a team member will have to approve uploads before they are displayed.

As far as specifics on how themes should be developed, this is up to you and your design team as of right now.
