PROBLEM problem with " sing - Oops! Page not found!

I try write " - sing and try SAVE page - then i see -

and i cant wite - style="fdfdf"   i must write style='fdsfdsf'
but when i save it then ' is change to " end i can edit bc. OOps!


I SOLWED PROBLEM:
In my hosting is was turn on  ModSecurity   - new function
When i turn off i can write "" and i dont have problem.
