What CMS to choose fo the web application?

Hi. I am an app developer. My client would like to order a web application besides the app. I need your help. What CMS can be suitable for the aggregator website? The web application should have the features of  the listing pages and multiple customization. It is a aggregator app that collects the information on the restarants in the Westerm Europe. Some web application will be like a Booking or Tripadvisor.
