PROBLEM Not featured on sponsors page

Hello there! I paid $25 on 10/6/23 to be featured on the sponsors page and got a message saying it would take up to 2 days for it to show. It has been nearly three weeks and I still have not been featured. Is there anything I should do on my end? do you have an approximate of when I will be featured?
