I made http://www.coffeeandteaexpress.com as an attempt at a fully fluid CSS, and it was before I had learned how to use a lot of Child based functionality of GS. http://www.shoutinginfrench.com I wanted fixed width but not height to give it a bloggier feel. I was able to use html5 for that one in a lot of the CSS.
The final one http://www.loficoffee.com I did on kind of the fly, and it's still a little bit choppy as I'm trying to figure out a way do a completely fixed CSS with the content being bloggish in nature. I'm having a hard time getting a good look and feel while keeping it fixed height. I tried overflow with that content block, but it just never seemed to work out.
