I do not understand your problem completely.

There is only one RichText-Editor in GetSimple.
It is CKEDITOR
in the user-profile this editor is named "HTML-Editor"
when you uncheck this option, you will only get a blank textarea to edit the content and you can enter every HTML-code

Now the CKEDITOR:
This editor has 2 modi: WYSIWYG and HTML
do you want CKEDITOR to only offer HTML-Mode?
I do not know if there are options for this.
