Yep, this looks like the typical issue of a bad url for a stylesheet. Instead of trying to figure out relative paths (../../style.css), you could always use a hard coded link (http://mydomain.com/style/hereitis.css).
Clients always want to be able to change the content of their pages, but they are unwilling to do so.
