Hi , welcome to the forums.
First off, make sure your create a folder under theme called snail.
then copy all the files from the theme into that folder.
You should have a file in there called "template.php"
On the admin panel, go to the "theme" tab and in the dropdown you should see snail listed.
just select it and away you go.
