sitzt denn deine GetSimple-Installation im Hauptverzeichnis oder in einem Unterverzeichnis deiner Domain?

Versuchs doch einfach mal mit einer absoluten Adresse:

"http://www.deinedomain.de/theme/meintheme/configfile.js'"

wenn aber relativ, dann "theme" und nicht "themes" ;=)
customConfig : '../../../../theme/yourtheme-folder/yourconfigfile.js'
