Well, I figured it out.

For the pattern: page/%slug%

You should put this on your configuration file:

url.rewrite-once = (
"/test/page/(.*)" => "/test/index.php?id=$1"
)

If you're using News Manager with permalinks use this:

url.rewrite-once = (
"/test/page/test123post/(.*)" => "/test/index.php?id=test123&post=$1",
"/test/page/(.*)" => "/test/index.php?id=$1"
)

Don't forget that you should change the paths to suit your install.
