First time user

I have downloaded,, installed and managed to log in but;

1. the website health check states an error (no ziparchive) - what is the zip archive?? where would i find this please?

2. my page is blank apart from get-simple test page

3. under the 'files' tab it gives you options to upload photos and create folders but how would i upload to image folders i have already created on my server ( or should these be showing up?)
