Several times i have put a feed of posts and images from blogger.com onto a page in a GetSimple website. It isn't hard to do and means the client has the blogger interface which is maybe easier than logging into the back end of GS and they certainly can't do much damage there:

You could do the same with posts from wordpress.com. If you are using wordpress as a CMS from wordpress.org you could look for a way of transferring it to wordpress.com but that is a wordpress plugin question and IDK too much there.
