How to change backgroung title image

done, i even log out to be sure, but nothing as changed

I cannot change the color of the text neither, i've done the search and replace thing on the templatemo_style.css but it has no effect on the website. Maybe there's something wrong with my templatemo_style.css file ? (or maybe i'm just stupid ahah)

I've succeed to modified the php document so i assume i should succeed to fix it...
