Issue with Table colors displaying in browser

Hello,
I have a similar issue with table color or background colors for a table through the web browser.
In the editor, I see the table frame color, but in the browser, it didn't display.
Does the style sheet supercede the html code? maybe that might be the issue.

can you switch the editor to code-view then copy and paste what you see here so i can see it?
