I suggest you make the logo link to the homepage.
Hardcoded navigation in template, I presume.

Did the best I can with the logo...smoothed the edges a bit.. and increased the font a bit..

Beautiful job 00dles101, Like your layout and choice of typeface, very corporate. I'm sure you're client [family] appreciate you.
BTW If you run the site pages through an outliner the only thing that comes up at the top is the phone number. You can easily correct this by putting the site name inside H1 tags with an attribute of hidden for HTML5 (or a class in your case) right next to the body tag.
