Customizing Admin CSS
#1
Hello,

I am thinking about using GetSimple for a client due to it being open source and self hosted. I was especially drawn to the branding customization that this CMS offered.

I downloaded the CMS and made a test site, however I am having trouble customizing the back-end.

I went to admin/template/css.php and started to try to mess with the styles (fonts, background colors, things like that) but nothing I do is being updated in the admin section.

Is there another place I should be trying to update the styles of the back end of the CMS? Thanks for the help!

You can easily theme admin via admin themes.

Of course you can modify the css for more advanced customization, just remember the admin style is cached, so disable cache or delete the cache file to test.

D'OH

Thank you for the common sense Smile

Could you point me towards the cache file? I don't want to delete the wrong thing. Thanks!
