Website problem

This is a bit of a long shot, but we have a website problem. When you call our website we just get a blank screen, no error messages are shown.

Our website support, said we had run out of space and increased the size but still the problem persists. They say they are not sure what the problem is as they have not dealt with get simple cms before.

Prior to the site going down, we were adding images, so the lack of space seemed feasible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your hosts error logs will certainly say what the problem is.

Also check gs data/other/logs/error.txt
And enable debug in gs config.php and check page for error output.

Your website support are idiots if they did not check error logs for you.
