I cannot backup my site
#1
Hello,

I am reporting a problem I get on trying to backup my site.

I am running Version 2.01 in DEBUG mode, extended with French language pack.
Everything is ok when I look into admin health check (except 404monitoring.log.xml)

My problem is that errors are displayed on page zip.php, preventing the zip archive to be created properly. Indeed, even though it is then available through the archive page (with a weight of 11MB), the zip archive is empty (only GetSimple empty directory inside, no hidden files)

Here is what I get:

Code:
Notice: Undefined variable: crc in /xxx/admin/inc/zip.class.php on line 63

Notice: Undefined variable: c_len in /xxx/admin/inc/zip.class.php on line 64

Notice: Undefined variable: unc_len in /xxx/admin/inc/zip.class.php on line 65

Could you please help me?

Thanks a lot!

We strongly encourage updating to GetSimple 2.3.

If able to update, see if problem still exsists.

The zip ability has been changed with 2.04, so you may not be able to get it to work correctly until then.

here is the thing: your ZIP file *does* have the backup in it, but for some reason it is in a blank folder. If you download and look at the file thru 7zip you will see the files there.

This problem has been resolved in 2.04 (not out yet0
