Hi all!
The guest book was necessary for a site. Such plugin on a forum I have not found. Has downloaded the script here:

I could not insert it in theme and has found other way. All files of the script I inserted into a root of a site (file index.php has renamed in guestbook.php), and has connected it from a file theme <? php include (GSROOTPATH. "guestbook.php");? >. This page:

Probably it is not absolutely correct. It would be desirable to know opinion of the developers.

To return from Admin panel on page, I in a file gb_adminview.php have corrected Line 69: echo(" | <a class='gb' href=\"responses\"><b>$la24</b></a>... , where \"responses\" = name of your page.
For me does not work Ban IP. You tested it?

Alex, thanks for the hint, did, tried to ban one IP address ... not your accident?

I managed to ban myself only when I recorded the IP in the file ip.txt
