Is Extend multiuser-capable?

Connie and I started collaborating on the German language file and I wondered just now whether Extend allows two or more users to modify a language/plugin/theme entry?

I'm afraid only the one who uploaded a file to extend may manage it, without ability to assign other user's ability to modify the file and description.
