Installation not working - Service Unavailable error

Using FIlezilla to transfer the latest version of Get Simple to my webserver, and get this error - how can it be fixed?


"Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

To troubleshoot this:

1) Check your hosting error log
2) Turn on the GS debug mode
3) Deactivate your GS plugins
4) Switch from GS theme
5) Change PHP version
