Relative internal page links

Hi,

I can't see if this has been discussed before but is there a simple way to have the generated links to internal pages automatically be relative rather than the full URL? It makes migrating a site from a dev environment to live a lot easier.

there is not... im thinking about using the content-filter plugin hook and shortcodes to make it happen - should be pretty easy to do.
