simpleCart(js) ticked over to version 3 recently and it looks like a good fit for an I18N Special Pages type template. It's simply one extra JS file (only 8 KB GZIP'ed), some basic markup and it's up and running.

If anyone's keen to tackle it go ahead otherwise I'll sort it out in the next couple of weeks when I get some spare time.

It's been a while since I've done a non-news related Special Pages template so I'll have a crack at it as well, sal (within the next 7ish days).
