CKEditor 4.0.2 Update

I am going to test news manager with the patch_cke branch, I am going to assume the big issue is the skin is non existent now. I might go ahead and retain both versions, and move the core cke to a new folder so that plugins al continue to load the old version, not really sure what the best option is, some plugins include their own some use core files, it would be very hard to predict what plugins might do when they are assuming an old version. Priority would be to not break them to start with.

Oh and i have no idea what karamo is talking about.
