Translit plugin isn't a bad thing.
But there is already such plugin, and whole transliteration function exist in GS since v3.0
You just have to add translit array into czech translation file, and set the language in user settings.

As far as I didn't know the right syntax of the array in lang file, I did it as a plugin. Carlos have already told me about this option.

In addition, this plugin works with more languages instead of one.
If I had added it just into cs_CZ.php for the Czech language, I would also have had to add it to sk_SK.php which I still don't have (and don't need).

So this is a plugin just for the heart of Europe

I don't mind if no one downloads it. I have just posted it because there might be someone who would appreciate it. If not, nothing happens.
