Site backup problem

Trying to make a site backup from admin, an error of missing ZipArchive extension show up, but the health check show this extension installed (green). Furthermore my other Get Simple website on the same domain make backups correctly.

Both site have a version 3.2.3.

Is it possible ziparchive is blocked via some php ini or htacess config

What is the exact error, turn debug mode on ?

No errors in debug console.

Can you do a phpinfo() in a php file and see if it shows disable_functions

No clue, it could be something else failing in the zip creation, or folder permissions even.

And... Have you tried to re-install GS?
