Hello I updated my site from 3.0 to 3.2.3 now I receive error 503.
I have a full backup but when I replace the new data there is still no change.
I am a ftp admin however my site hosted and owned by another.
On the ftp side of the site everything seems to be as it was before the update but the web side has that 503 error.
Is there a permit something that I need to set to reopen my site?

Well you just reinstall the old version to get it working again.
You'll have to check your error logs, not sure why you would be getting a 503

Could you tell me where to download 3.0?
The download section only goes back as far as 3.1

It would be interesting to know what plugins you have, just in case there's some incompatibility.

I think an infinite loop might throw 503s, otherwise you typically have to explicitly send them. And 3.2.3 shouldn't not that I know of.
What carlos said. Also the error log output might help identify what is up.

The other possibility I had thought of was that maybe only the admin folder was uploaded in the upgrade. I intended to test this myself but right now I don't have the time.
