Using umlauts as website title fails @ gs 2.0

i don't know if this bug exists in 2.01 too, but if i use umlauts within the website title - defined at data/other/website.xml > SITEURL - i get an "object not found 404 from the web server... the main page gets redirected to admin/install.php because $SITEURL is empty then...

GS 2.0 had problems when using international characters in the site name.

It's not difficult to patch it, but easier to install 2.01 instead, which works OK.
