Install of backup copy admin error

Hello All,

i copy a backup of a GS 3.3.1 site to my server again and i get the following
result. Page working but i can not login into the admin panel.

If i type username + password i get only a empty page.

If i use debug mode i get the following (not more)

I have not modified anyone at the script or the server.

Anybody and idea whats wrong?

error fixed but i use 3.3.1 and bug allready exist.

delete your failedlogins file
or maybe save me a copy, since this is supposed to be fixed, must be a new issue , or an old file.

existing old empty text file (0 byte)
I can send you tomorrow a copy of the old file

It should not be empty, that's probably the reason.
