PROBLEM Can'T disable entities (via gsconfig.php)

I try to disable the entities, so that there is no html conversation of some chars like <> or äöü.
As the man says I disabled them in the gsconfig, but it doesn't work;

define('GSEDITOROPTIONS', 'entities : false');

So there is something wrong with my setup, because without the editor the chars will be still converted.


Whats wrong with my installation?

(need it for the p01contact form to preload a subject via "=>".
