Plugins not shown
#1
Hi,
Just installed GS and playing with functionality. I've downloaded the gsgallery plugin and copied all into the plugins directory. It does not appear on the Plugin Management page.
Why might that be?

OK, I think I've worked it out. In the plugins folder, does the relevant .php file need to be in the root of that directory rather than in the e.g. plugin/myplugin directory?

Yes, plugins are read from PHP-files directly in the plugins folder.

Took 2 seconds to shift directories on my FTP server. Zegnat, you are truly incredible. I also do a lot of tech support and hopefully I can help develop and moderate GetSimple (after I learn it and get better with PHP). Amazing!
