Redirect Page to URL or Another Page

If I add a new page, how do I get it to redirect to a page I have already created or an outside URL? One field in the page options says slug/url, but when I type a URL in there it doesn't work.

Though I believe someone made a redirect implementation once there is no such thing included in GetSimple. The slug/url field is just the identifier for the page used to link to it: http://example.ms/slug.
