Include Page plugin not compatible with DynPages plugin

The plugin uses the same {% %} code.

When Dynpages is activated, it takes over.

Yeah they probably should have done a
{% include slug %} instead or "content"

Even better would be (% include slug %) (using the de facto standard in GS plugins), or any other symbols excluding {% ... %} - otherwise, there still could be conflict with DynPages.

true, that was always annoying, never use {} again

Their plugin is on github easily modified, its just a single regex.
