Themes do not show

Is the right location http://www.mayaweb.se/ in Website Base URL? I have changed to that now but its not working anyhow.

That would be the right location yes. But when I look at the source of your website it still uses http://www.mayaweb.se/GetSimple_2.01/ as the base URL. Can you check whether it actually changed?

Where in the structure is the right place for the themes so that they can be found?

Normally all themes will be in subfolders of the theme folder. Like so:
