a simple slider content or image > plugin ?

I use this script http://www.bxslider.com to add slider jquery for my image, or text. But i made this without plugin, just hard code... so it's not really pretty and simple.

Do you know if it's possible to create "easily" a plugin, but if it takes a lot of time to you, i will continu to use my manual system
