[Request] Can somebody create this tinytips (tooltip) plugin ?

Hi,

I am a GetSimple newbie and so happy to be able to use this great CMS I just need some special plugins I think that could also be interesting for other people.

Then for those who already have more experience may be can you help us by creating those proposed interesting plugins idea.

So if you agree with this plugin idea and have time to offer it to the GetSimple community we will appreciate if you can make this tinytips (with possible image tooltip) :
