Our current version of CKEditor (3.6.6) is incompatible with IE 11
You will have some success, running IE in compatibility mode ( click the little ripped page icon )
But the best is to install the stable version with cke 4.3.2 already patched in.
It is available on the downloads page under "Other Downloads"

It installs same as the regular stable version.
